Refund policy

Refund Policy:

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as time and creative effort are immediately invested into each project. If a client chooses to cancel or gives the designer a hard time during the process, a refund may be issued at the designer’s discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with a completed design after final approval has been given. Clients are encouraged to communicate all necessary changes during the revision phase, as two rounds of revisions are included with each project.

In the event Beyond The Graphics cannot complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on the stage of completion.
